Role and Responsibilities: Leadership and prior sales operations experience are required for a sales operations manager role. The role will need to understand how process changes, software implementation, and how the go-to-market initiatives will impact all of the teams. The responsibilities include: Oversee the sales funnel. Streamlining and optimizing the sales process. Selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools. Manage CRM data. Perform sales forecasting. Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals. Requirements,

competencies and skills EDUCTAION - ANY GRADUATE AND GOOD TO HAVE DONE MBA in marketing OR Engineering degree OR both
Experience: 3 to 7 years of relevant experience
Domain Experience: Non IT Networking products, Telecom gear, Computer hardware or similar lines IT services Enterprise software sales

**Salary**: ₹20,086.00 - ₹90,495.58 per month

- Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
