**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimize online sales channels, including the company website, marketplaces, and social commerce platforms.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to refine marketing and sales strategies.
- Generate and nurture leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the content and design team to create engaging marketing materials.
- Track and report key performance metrics for marketing and sales activities.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in eCommerce or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
