**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end Paid Media campaigns** across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to **maximize ROI, reduce CPA, and improve CTR**, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Perform **A/B testing** of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- **Monitor and analyze campaign performance** using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Create **weekly/monthly performance reports** with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct **competitor analysis** and industry research to inform paid strategies.
- Assist in managing retargeting campaigns and audience segmentation strategies.
- Stay updated on **paid media trends, platform changes**, and emerging ad opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- **2-4 years of hands-on experience** in managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in IT or tech services.
- Proven success with **Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)** and **Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)**.
- Strong understanding of **performance marketing metrics** and bidding strategies.
- Proficiency with tools such as **Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Facebook Business Manager,** etc.
- Excellent **copywriting skills** for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to present campaign reports to stakeholders.
- Ability to **multitask and manage multiple campaigns/projects** simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, or Quora Ads**.
- Experience in **B2B marketing** and SaaS product promotion.
