As a Hospital Floor Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various hospital units and departments. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of the assigned floor, fostering a safe and patient-centric environment

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Patient Flow Management : Oversee OPD patient flow, IPD admissions, transfers, and discharges on the floor, ensuring timely and efficient processes.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care delivery and maintain a high standard of quality.
- Patient Care Support: Address patient and family concerns, providing information and emotional support as needed.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and feedback, taking necessary actions to address concerns and improve patient experiences.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and patients.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, patient care processes, and hospital operations.
