Framestore is a fast paced, dynamic and fun post-production company producing world-class visual effects for film and commercial projects. We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic coordinator to join our Mumbai recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career with an in-house recruitment function.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the recruitment team in Mumbai
- Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, the team aspect of this role is crucial. We all work together to achieve long-term goals and projects so reporting back and updating each other is a key component of this role
- Actively working on sourcing activity for hard-to-fill roles worldwide
- Scheduling interviews
- Assisting with arranging trips, events and job fairs
- General administration as required
- Working under the supervision and direction of the Recruitment Manager, Head of Talent and Managing Director and alongside various stakeholders including HR, department heads, supervisors and leads
- It's important to be able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

**Skills and Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- A keen interest in developing a career within recruitment
- 1-2 years of previous experience in recruitment in a visual effects or CG environment
- Proactive, with a willingness to effectively participate as a full member of a team demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic approach
- Effective communicator at all levels, with the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally
- Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines with the ability to multitask

**Desired**:

- Experience with ATS systems, on-line networking platforms and off-line networking
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and pride and quality of output
- Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines with the ability to multitask
- Customer-focused with the ability to deliver against expectations
- Able to work on own initiative
