The Lab Technician plays a crucial role in supporting medical professionals in diagnosing and treating patients by performing various laboratory tests and analyses. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1Conduct laboratory tests on various specimens including blood, urine, tissue samples, and other bodily fluids following standard operating procedures.

2Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and supplies for testing.

3.Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.

4.Record and analyze test data, interpret results, and prepare reports for healthcare professionals.

5.Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure timely and accurate test results.

6.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laboratory.

7.Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.

8.Stay updated on new laboratory techniques, technologies, and procedures through continuous education and training.

9.Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to ethical standards in laboratory practices.

Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.

Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.

Registration or certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from a recognized authority.

Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and instruments.

Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Good communication skills to interact with healthcare professionals and patients.

Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting tests and recording results.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
