As a lab technician you play a pivotal role in ensuring our verification and validation capabilities meet both current and future demands. This involves executing test methods and processes in alignment with industry standards, as well as maintaining test equipment to support these critical activities.

We are expanding our team in our site in India due to an expansion of capacity We are therefore looking for new lab technicians to join. As a lab technician you play a pivotal role in ensuring our verification and validation capabilities meet both current and future demands. This involves executing test methods and processes in alignment with industry standards, as well as maintaining test equipment to support these critical activities. If you are interested in working with lab testing and have experience in blood tests, this is the right role for you.

In this role, you will report to the lab manager. The job is on-site in Bangalore Development Center.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**
- Plan and conduct verification and validation tests
- Prepare and analyze blood samples according to standard procedures
- Collaborate with specialists for optimal test preparation and results
- Maintain Radiometer analyzers and other lab equipment

**The essential requirements of the job include**
- Education as lab technician or similar with minimum 2 years of experience
- Use of IT systems, e.g. Microsoft office for documentation
- Proficient in speaking and writing English

**Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements**
- Part of the training will be conducted in headquarters, why travelling is necessary

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**
- Working with analyses of blood samples
- Preparation of aqueous solutions according to procedures
- Hospital procedures regarding blood gas analyses
