Librarian - Content Management (Digital Asset Management).
- Shift timings: 8 AM to 3 AM (19*5) - Rotational Shifts
- Location: Mumbai (MDC2C)
Max budget: 3 Lakh CTC

The role has accountability for delivery towards the goals and objectives shared by the Platform Directors and Content

Management lead
- The individual is responsible to for Marketing Content Reuse and meet GSK Global business outcomes liaise with GSK GBU and
- LOC XM’s as well as agencies to ensure smooth delivery of operations for Library Services team
- Individual is needed to complete tasks on time and error-free
- Prioritize queue and ensure that tasks are completed on time
- Ensure all quality standards are met
- You will be required to help in the overall team's workload by managing your deliverables and help the team when required
- Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems
- Day to day interaction is with peers and supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Graduate required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in upload and download of digital assets, content management, ensuring quality of
- content and meeting the minimum requirements of content standards as set by the client- Knowledge of Pharma industry and marketing in **highly regulated environments**
- **Experience in working on DAM**
- Awareness about Digital Asset Management Platform
- MSOffice - Able to effectively use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
- Has **excellent verbal and written communication** skills
- Has **experience in team management and client management**
- Experience participating in a collaborative team environment
- Experience in **vendor management**
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused
- Demonstrate ability to think strategically
