JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for enthusiastic and child-friendly individuals to conduct structured learning sessions for children and interact with parents. The role combines teaching, child engagement, and counseling parents to enroll their children into our development programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct activity-based classes for children aged 3-15 years.
- Use creative methods to enhance children's cognitive and communication skills.
- Monitor individual student progress and create a positive learning environment.
- Call and follow up with parents who inquire about the programs.
- Clearly explain program benefits and guide them toward enrollment.
- Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed admissions.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

- Any graduate (Psychology, Education, English, Commerce, or similar preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for teaching are encouraged to apply

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Excellent communication and convincing ability in English and Tamil.
- Friendly, patient, and confident while dealing with children and parents.
