Lekha Interiors is seeking a talented and creative Female CAD Designer to join our team. As a CAD Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life through innovative and functional design solutions. **Responsibilities**:
1. Design Development: Collaborate with clients and the design team to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints. Use CAD software to create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models that meet client specifications and Lekha Interiors' standards.

2. Space Planning: Develop layout plans that optimize space utilization while maintaining aesthetic appeal and functionality. Consider factors such as traffic flow, ergonomics, and accessibility to ensure optimal design solutions.

3. Material Selection: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the project's design concept, budget, and timeline. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure samples and materials as needed.

4. Presentation Preparation: Prepare presentation materials, including renderings, mood boards, and presentations, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Incorporate feedback and revisions as necessary to refine designs and achieve client satisfaction.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design process to ensure seamless coordination and integration of design elements. Participate in design meetings, brainstorming sessions, and site visits as required.

6. Quality Assurance: Review drawings and specifications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that design deliverables meet Lekha Interiors' standards of excellence.

7. Documentation: Maintain organized project files and documentation, including drawings, schedules, and correspondence. Keep accurate records of design revisions, approvals, and project milestones to facilitate project management and communication.

8. Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CAD design and interior architecture. Pursue opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to enhance job performance and career growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong spatial awareness and design sensibility, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in interior design, architectural drafting, or related fields preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and technical proficiency.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
