**Job Title**:
Freelance Career Counsellor

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual counseling sessions with students and their parents to explain the findings of their psychometric report and help them identify appropriate career paths and overcome the challenges in doing so.
- Offer strategies or methods to the students on personal, social, and emotional issues. Provide crisis intervention and support to students and families as needed.
- Collaborate with the organisation career planning team to provide students with relevant information about colleges, universities, and other post-secondary options
- Stay informed about current trends and developments in the field of career counseling and education

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field. Applicants who have a Master's degree are preferred more.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a career counselor and understand psychometric assessment and career report.
- Strong knowledge of career development theory and practices, child and adolescent development, mental health, and crisis intervention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
