**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **MongoDB Infrastructure Management**: Manage, monitor, and implement MongoDB infrastructure solutions (Atlas & On-Prem).
- **Cloud Solutions Implementation**: Design and manage cloud-native solutions to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- **Problem-Solving**: Analyze complex technical issues and devise simple, effective solutions.
- **Requirements Gathering & Design**: Lead technical requirements gathering sessions, review design documents, and provide expert recommendations on solution architecture.
- **Technology Adoption**: Stay updated on new technologies and recommend solutions to solve business challenges.
- **Sprint Delivery Support**: Review and define solutions that align with sprint stories and overall project goals.
- **Documentation Review**: Prepare and review sprint design documents to ensure alignment with architectural frameworks and design principles.
- **Systems Architecture**: Utilize tools like logical models of components and interfaces to contribute to system architecture development for specific business or functional areas.
- **Component Design**: Translate component specifications into detailed designs for implementation, using selected products and technologies.
- **Technical Guidance**: Provide expert advice on system development, integration, and changes to ensure adherence to technical strategies, policies, and standards.
- **Framework Development**: Develop practical decision frameworks that address business, functional, technical, and implementation perspectives, ensuring early delivery of key project elements.
- **Solution Implementation**: Develop, test, and implement technology solutions, ensuring that delivery commitments are met and that solutions are implemented on time.
- **CI/CD Support**: Provide technical solutions around Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes to help optimize team workflows.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing and implementing MongoDB infrastructure (Atlas & On-Prem).
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical problems with creative solutions.
- Experience leading technical requirements sessions and preparing design documentation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including supporting sprint delivery.
- Deep knowledge of system architecture tools, component design, and development processes.
- Strong understanding of Continuous Deployment/Continuous Integration practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams through design, development, and implementation phases.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: ₹25.00 - ₹30.00 per hour
