Purchase Executive Wanted

Qualification : Any UG / MBA HR & Marketing

Experience : 0 - 2 Years

Job Location: Erode

Salary : 13,000 -20,000

Language Known: Excellent Communication Skills in Hindi and English

Desired Skills: Knowledge in MS Office & MS Excel Macro, Micro Level &
Job Responsibilities:

- Knowing the requirements from factory for production.
- Sending enquiries to the suppliers and collecting the quotations.
- Check for the market prices for required material.
- Reasonable Negotiating for the Rates of Materials to Purchase.
- Making analysis to make a view on received prices.
- Decision making for the purchases on the best part.
- Following-up with suppliers and transporters until the material reached to the factory.
- Clearing an issues of logistics in immediate care.
- Maintaining MIS and Sourcing for the Suppliers and Raw Materials.
- Preparing payments for suppliers and transporters.
