Prince Institute of Innovative Technology (PIIT) is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Tele Caller Executive to join our Admissions team. The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for contacting prospective students and providing them with information about our institution, programs, and admission procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct phone calls to prospective students to gather information about their academic background, interests, and career goals.

2. Provide detailed information about PIIT's programs, admissions process, fees, and scholarships.

3. Answer queries and questions regarding admissions procedures, curriculum, and student life.

4. Follow-up with prospective students and provide necessary support and guidance throughout the admission process.

5. Maintain accurate records of all phone calls and interactions in the admissions database.

6. Update and maintain call scripts to ensure effective communication with prospective students.

7. Collaborate with the Admissions team to identify potential leads and convert them into enrolled students.

8. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with the students and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong ability to listen actively and understand the concerns of prospective students.
- Proficiency in using phone dialers and call management systems.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to input data accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, if required.
