MNB Soft Solution is looking for a full-time tele caller who will be responsible for making calls and setting up meeting for specific technologies, training will be provided, and calling etiquette, customer handling skills, and soft skills will be added advantage.

**Responsibilities**

Tele caller Role and Responsibility ( Only For Girls)
- Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
- Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
- Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
- Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings.
- Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.
- Keep a record of every customer interaction and sales activity.

Tele caller Requirements
- Graduation or equivalent
- Prior experience working as a tele caller or in a similar role
- Having done a sales-related training program
- Knowledgeable with computers
- Ability to change the communication style on unusual events
- Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
- Having the capability to receive critics without internalizing them

**Qualifications**

Graduate from any stream, Prior experience from any industry or same IT field will be preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 2 years (preferred)
- tele sales: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
