**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute field marketing plans to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
- Identify and target potential customers, including restaurants, bars, hotels, and other businesses that use ice products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about the features and benefits of our ice products.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
- Provide ongoing support and service to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and network with potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain marketing materials and Point of Sale (POS) displays.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing or sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the ice or beverage industry.
- Knowledge of local market conditions and customer preferences.
