**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Execution**: Plan and execute field marketing campaigns tailored to regional market needs, collaborating with local sales teams to align with business objectives.
- **Event Management**: Coordinate and manage trade shows, conferences, product demonstrations, and local promotional events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- **Local Market Research**: Monitor and analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform the development of effective marketing strategies.
- **Customer Engagement**: Act as the point of contact for customer interactions at events and trade shows, building strong relationships and collecting valuable feedback to help refine marketing tactics.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**: Work closely with the sales department to create lead generation strategies, drive sales support, and ensure marketing efforts align with the broader sales targets.
- **Brand Representation**: Represent the company's brand in a positive, professional, and consistent manner at all field marketing events and in direct customer interactions.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Track the success of field marketing campaigns and events, providing reports on ROI, key metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Content Creation**: Develop and execute content for promotional materials, digital marketing assets, and presentations, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand voice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,813.57 - ₹30,046.34 per month
