Client Servicing Executive, Events

1. Client Communication: You will be the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring clear communication throughout the planning and execution phases.
2. Understanding Client Needs: Thoroughly grasp the client’s objectives, preferences, and expectations for the event. This involves active listening and the ability to translate their vision into actionable plans.
3. Proposal Development: Create proposals that outline event details, including venue options, catering, décor, entertainment, and budget estimates. Present these proposals to clients and negotiate terms as needed.
4. Coordination and Planning: Coordinate with various departments and vendors to execute the event seamlessly. This includes scheduling, logistics management, operation planning and creative outcomes and ensuring all elements align with the client’s expectations.
5. Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve issues that may arise during the planning process or on the event day itself. This requires quick thinking and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
6. Budget Management: Responsible for managing budgets and ensuring all expenses are within the agreed-upon financial framework. This may involve cost negotiation with vendors and adherence to financial guidelines.
7. Post-Event Follow-Up: Conduct post-event evaluations with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for future improvements. Maintain relationships with clients for potential future engagements.
8. Creativity and Innovation: Offer creative ideas to enhance the event experience and differentiate offerings from competitors. This could involve suggesting unique themes, entertainment options, or technological innovations.
9. Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to every aspect of the event to ensure all details are meticulously planned and executed.
10. Team Collaboration: Work closely with event coordinators, vendors, and other professionals involved in the event to ensure a cohesive team effort and smooth execution.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
