Role Overview: The Production Quality Technologist is responsible for supporting production processes through effective sample preparation, microstructure evaluation, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

- Achieve targets for productivity, lead times, and delivery accuracy.
- Perform sample preparation and microstructure evaluations.
- Provide feedback to production teams on quality issues.
- Improve methods related to production and inspection processes.
- Work on measuring equipment, fixtures, and gauges.
- Identify and report safety hazards on the shop floor.
- Support evaluation of new production processes and microstructures.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Support PDPs to evaluate new process microstructure with accuracy
- Ensure implementation of production systems like GSSII and SPC.
- Maintain workplace 5S standards.

Your Profile: We’re looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:
Education and Experience: Diploma in Engineering with 3-8 years of experience.

Technical and Behavioural Competence
- Strong understanding of production processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in sample preparation and microstructure evaluation.
- Problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Collaboration and communication with production teams.
- Commitment to safety and efficiency.
