**Who You Are**:

You are a prolific designer with a strong fashion sense, trend awareness, and industry knowledge.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Understand the Champs Shoes aesthetic and translate it into appropriate product
- Assist in entire product design process including market research, mood board creation, designing, sketching, technical specs to factories, and fit in collaboration with Senior Director of Design
- Focus on Creating Line art from hand sketches, materialize and cad concepts for design presentations
- Actively participates in the conceptual development of innovative and directional product lines
- Provide recommendations regarding seasonal themes, edits to line, new concepts, etc.
- Provide insight regarding style of product during presentation
- Ensures that product is consistent with market trends as well as business strategy; interprets international/domestic concepts and fashion trends as it relates to market demands, company image and business strategy
- Create Technical Packages for factories and Development Teams for initial lead constructions, 1st prototypes and 2nd prototypes
- Conduct spec review sessions in collaboration with Technical Director and recommend revisions

**You’ll Need to Have**:

- 5+ years of design experience within accessories, specifically sports footwear
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop to create cads
- Design and conceptual skills for footwear
- Skills to multitask and manage competing calendar deadlines
- Ability to set a creative tone and to inspire ideas/new concepts; ability to conceptually visualize and build a line

- In-depth knowledge of silhouettes, fabrication, color ways, construction techniques.
- Excellent organizational, time management, communication and presentation skills.

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CAD Designing: 5 years (required)
- Adobe Illustrator: 5 years (required)
