**We're Hiring: Medical Coders - Join Blue Staunch Infotech**

Blue Staunch Infotech is expanding We are currently looking for **skilled and motivated Medical Coders** to join our dynamic team. If you have a background in life sciences and a passion for healthcare data accuracy, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze medical records and documentation for accuracy.
- Assign appropriate diagnostic (ICD-10) and procedural (CPT/HCPCS) codes.
- Ensure coded data is compliant with medical coding guidelines and government regulations.
- Communicate with healthcare providers for clarification of information when needed.
- Prepare and process insurance claims for reimbursement.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient records.
- Stay updated with changes in coding rules and healthcare regulations.

**Requirements**:
**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualification**: B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, BPT, Nursing, or any life science background.
- **Knowledge of**: Human Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology.
- Certification in medical coding (e.g., **CPC**, **CCS**) is an added advantage.
- Good communication and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
