Key Responsibilities:

- Research potential vendors in assigned geography and onboard them as sellers on L&T SuFin platform if found price competitive.
- Work directly with pan-India suppliers to obtain quotes on RFQs received at L&T SuFin. Evaluate quotes, prepare comparison sheet and negotiate for better prices.
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or amen orders.
- Prepare purchase orders, track orders and ensure OTIF delivery.
- Update internal MIS reports with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
- Be able to collaborate with other departments within org to maximize probability to win RFQ.

Ideal Profile - Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role.
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures and complete procure-to-pay cycle.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reports and MS Office tools.
