Experience: Min 1 - 2 years of experience as a cashier in cafe/restaurant.

Education: Graduate/Any Graduate

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

Profile Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Assist customers in making menu selections and offer recommendations when needed.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Order Processing**:

- Accurately input customer orders into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Monitor order queue and prioritize orders during peak hours.
- **Payment Handling**:

- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
- Calculate and provide accurate change to customers.
- Maintain cash register and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Handle refunds or exchanges according to company policies.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Strive to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
- Work with management to resolve escalated customer concerns.
- **Cleaning and Organization**:

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness at the cashier station and surrounding areas.
- Ensure menus, condiments, and other supplies are stocked and well-organized.
- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing dining areas as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Support fellow team members during busy periods or when assistance is needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
