**1. Coating Operator**

**Location**: Patiala, Punjab

**Experience**: 6 months - 1 year

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process Monitoring**: Monitor the coating process, including temperature, spray rate, and pressure, to ensure product quality and consistency.
- **Cleaning & Maintenance**: Clean and sanitize equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on the coating machine.
- **Documentation**: Accurately complete batch records and other required documentation.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.

**2. Blister Operator**

**Experience**: 6 months - 1 year

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent

We are looking for a **Blister Operator** with experience in pharmaceutical packaging. This role is responsible for the efficient operation of blister packaging machines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operation**: Set up and operate blister packaging machines to pack tablets and capsules into blister packs.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct in-process checks to ensure the correct number of tablets/capsules per blister and proper sealing.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve minor issues with the machine to minimize downtime.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of production runs, including batch numbers and quantities.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all cGMP and safety regulations.

3. Strip Operator

**Experience**: 6 months - 1 year

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operation**: Operate strip packing machines to seal tablets and capsules in aluminum foil strips.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor the sealing process to prevent leaks and ensure the integrity of the packaging.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the strip packing machine.
- **Documentation**: Complete all necessary production and quality control documents.
- **Safety**: Follow all company safety procedures and cGMP standards.
