An Edtech company looking for **Teacher Trainer (school teachers) K12**

Job location**:BANG ALOE, DAVANGERE, BAGALKOT**

NATIVE LANGUAGE MUST

**School sales / training MUST**

1. Relationship
- Manage the relationship with the designated schools within the territory in coordination with the POD member of that territory.

2. Program Implementation and Communication
- Share the progress of program

implementation in the school with the correspondent/owner during the school visits/virtual meetings.

3. Proactive Problem Solving
- Be transparent in sharing the feedback of the schools and proactively resolve issues or queries of our clients in a timely manner.

4. Escalate all issues concerning program implementation to the Reporting Manager and PODL

5. Drive Academic Program
- Certain Academic programs shall be conducted from time to time and Training Specialists shall be entrusted with the responsibility of driving the same effectively at the school.

6. Team Handling role
- Should have handled large training team and more than one state as a trainer.

7. Efficiency in data handling and training

8. Have experienced in handling of key client in the market.

9. Should have driven retention services.

10. Ready to do traveling.
