**Location**: Kadabgere and Makali Schools, Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full Time (One teacher for two schools; 3 days per week in each school)

**Salary**: 20 to 25k (Based on experience)

**Reporting To**: Project Manager / Coordinator

**Project tenure**: 01st July 2025 to 31st Dec. 2025

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic AI Trainer to teach and mentor students from 5th to 10th standard in computer classes, focusing on Artificial Intelligence fundamentals and computer literacy. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, improving students’ understanding of AI concepts, and managing classes effectively across two schools — Kadabgere and Makali — spending 3 days per week at each location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans on AI and computer science fundamentals tailored for students in 5th to 10th standard.
- Manage classroom activities, maintain discipline, and foster a positive learning environment.
- Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to help improve learning outcomes.
- Maintain and ensure proper functioning of computer lab equipment and software used for teaching.
- Coordinate with school administration to schedule classes effectively between the two schools.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through interactive and practical AI exercises.
- Keep updated with the latest AI educational tools and technologies suitable for school-level teaching.
- Communicate student progress and challenges to parents and school management as needed.
- Ensure the use of computers and internet resources is safe and educationally appropriate.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Prior experience teaching computer science or AI concepts to school students (preferably 5th to 10th standard).
- Strong understanding of AI basics, machine learning concepts, and computer fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with young students effectively.
- Ability to manage time and travel between two schools efficiently.
- Familiarity with educational software, programming languages (such as Python or Scratch), and AI learning tools.
- Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to create structured lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.

**Work Schedule**:

- 3 days per week at Kadabgere School
- 3 days per week at Makali School
- Flexible timing as per school hours and coordination with school management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
