**Job Title**: Taxation Specialist (TDS/TCS)

**Location**: Bhawarkua, Indore

**Salary**: ₹40,000 per month

**Experience Required**: 3 to 4 years

**Gender**: Male & Female

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate calculation, deduction, and payment of TDS/TCS as per the applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and file TDS/TCS returns in a timely manner.
- Handle reconciliation of TDS/TCS records with financial statements.
- Manage and respond to notices and queries from the Income Tax Department related to TDS/TCS.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations affecting TDS/TCS.
- Assist in the preparation of TDS/TCS certificates and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments on TDS/TCS-related matters.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in handling TDS/TCS matters.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws related to TDS/TCS.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and TDS/TCS-related tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
