Accounts & Finance Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Accounting and Bookkeeping**:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using **Tally Prime**.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- **Taxation**:
- Handle **GST**, **TDS**, and **TCS** compliance, including timely filing and payments.
- Ensure accuracy in **e-invoicing** and generation of **e-way bills**.
- **Reconciliations**:
- Perform regular **bank reconciliations** to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Conduct **debtors and creditors reconciliations** to manage accounts receivable and payable effectively.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- **Excel Proficiency**:
- Use Excel for data analysis, preparation of MIS reports, and maintaining records.
- Work with formulas, pivot tables, and charts for financial reporting.
- **Learning and Growth**:
- Actively participate in training and upskilling sessions.
- Collaborate with senior finance team members to gain hands-on experience.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in **Tally Prime**.
- Working knowledge of **GST**, **TDS**, **TCS**, invoicing, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.
- Basic to advanced Excel skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
