Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

**Job Description**:
Overview:
As an International Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound or outbound calls from customers or clients in various countries. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service, resolve inquiries, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls from customers or make outbound calls as required. Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, actively listen to their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.

Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. Troubleshoot problems, provide accurate information, and escalate issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered by the company. Stay updated on product/service features, pricing, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other designated systems.

Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations during all customer interactions.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve complex issues, share best practices, and contribute to overall team success.

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Flexibility to work.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certifications or coursework in customer service or communication skills preferred.

**Salary**: From ₹17,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
