Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team at our Thrissur West Fort office. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will represent our company with professionalism and courtesy, while efficiently handling front desk operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Front Desk Management**: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- **Guest Reception**: Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- **Communication Handling**: Manage all incoming calls professionally, redirect them, or take messages as necessary.
- **Mail and Packages**: Receive, sort, and distribute letters, packages, and deliveries promptly.
- **Document Management**: Prepare outgoing mail, draft correspondence, and manage office filing systems.
- **Office Supplies Management**: Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage office supply stock.
- **Expense Tracking**: Assist with monitoring office expenses and maintaining financial records.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform general administrative tasks including travel arrangements and housekeeping coordination.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and scanners.
- Basic understanding of office management and bookkeeping principles.
- Customer service-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
