Correspondence Executive

**Job Overview**:*
**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Enter and update client information and insurance policy details into the company's database accurately and promptly.
- Manage and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible.
- Assist in preparing and sending out policy documents, renewal notices, and other relevant communications to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and gather necessary information.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all client data and sensitive information.
- Generate reports and summaries as required for management review.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the team as needed.
**Qualifications**:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
