**Position: Executive Assistant**

**Experience required**: 0 - 2 Years

**Job Location**: Anand Gujarat
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality.
- Monitor the operations to ensure they meet the approved systems, communicating any required changes to the production supervisor.
- Maintaining detailed records of the testing that’s been carried out, as well as relevant additional information, and various metrics such as the number of defective products produced each day.
- Supports and participate to all the internal/external audits.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Having proficiency in computers such as **Microsoft Office**, Microsoft Excel, and other office productivity tools.
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
- Keeping utmost confidence in the office and with the high-level management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
