As a Telemarketing Executive at Imploris, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating interest and setting up meetings for our sales team. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads based on target criteria.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or lead generation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
