- Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Create clear, concise product titles for inventory systems in alignment with given guidelines for Web and TV.
- Input and update brainstorm text into the TV planner tool to support upcoming programming.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., merchandising, planning, ERP, Buyers) to obtain accurate product details and ensure consistency.
- Maintain up-to-date product title records and assist with inventory content accuracy.
- Ensure all content entered is free from errors, grammatically correct, and adheres to internal naming conventions.
- Support ad hoc administrative and planning tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in a content, coordination, or administrative support role is a plus.
