Job Discription:
Telecalling: Engage with potential clients over the phone to introduce them to our range of products and services.

Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential leads through various channels, turning cold leads into warm prospects.

Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and set up meetings between potential clients and our sales team, ensuring seamless communication throughout.

Follow-up: Maintain consistent communication with potential leads, ensuring their questions are answered and guiding them through the sales process.

Key Qualification and skills

1. Graduation in any stream

2. Prior experience of 1-2 years in telecalling or a related role

3. Organisational skills and attention to details

4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

5. Advance in Microsoft excel

6. Fluency in Hindi & English (Speak and write)

7. A proactive approach to tasks with a customer-centric mindset.
