Min 3yrs Excel SAP Tally Salary Range 18k to 25k PM

Preparation Of Raw Material & Consumable Material GRN
- Issue 57f4 Job Work Challans & Preparation of SALE INVOICE & Purchase return. Receipt material as per excise invoice /Returnable challan.
- Rejection material send back vendor.
- Preaparation eway billing documents.
- Maintain daily Stock For Raw Material & Consumable Material & Maintain Daily Stock VS System Stock & Mails To PPC Departments For Shortage List.
- Daily send Mails To HOD For pending GRN &Pending Job Work Challans & Sales Invoices.
- Handling the Problems of Receipt Material like Purchase Order ,PO Schedule, Invoice S.O.Schedule QA Department Procedure,Stock Receipt & sort out the problems.
- Daily issue The Material For Production Department As Per MTN &Production Plan.
- Material follow up as per user requirement with vendors, collect quotations, price comparison and finalization, Preparing PO.

 OTHER ACTIVITY:

- Check daily report of Receipt & Sale.
- Review On Daily Shortage List.
- Daily Dispatch Plan as Per Customer Scheduled
- Responsible for Sheering Requirement for Production Planning and Dispatch against Line Feeling needs, Security, Transportation Management, reporting Etc.
- Man Power Management For Dispatch & Rework Material.
- Instruction to Vendor time to time to provide material in Bins ,in proper packing.
- Proper Utilization Of Stocking Space.
- Physical Qty & weight verification as per Invoice.
- Daily Confirm Data In SAP System.
