We are hiring for Telesales caller only, Female
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our services and generate salesleads.
- Identify customer needs and provide information about Alibaba’s subscription to addressinquiries and concerns.
- Present persuasive sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of ourservices.
- Utilize sales techniques to close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identifynew opportunities and challenges.Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- Proven track record of success in tele sales, with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role,preferably in an e-commerce company.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulateproduct/service features and benefits persuasively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mind-set with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
