**Job Summary**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage and update product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc., as well as company-owned websites. - Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, product details, pricing, and images. - Monitor and update stock levels to ensure product availability. - Track daily orders and returns; coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery. - Run promotional campaigns and discounts in coordination with the marketing team. - Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and suggest improvements. - Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly. - Ensure that all product information is accurate and up-to-date. - Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies. - Stay updated on platform policies, SEO practices, and e-commerce trends. **Required Skills & Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales (preferred). - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc. - Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. **Preferred Skills**: - Knowledge of basic image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop). - Experience with inventory and order management systems (OMS). - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. **Employment Type**: Full-time **Salary**: [Specify Range or "As per industry standards"] **Working Hours**: [e.g., Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM] Pay: ₹9,586.89 - ₹24,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
