**Role & responsibilities**

**Submission Desk**:

- In case incomplete inform the applicant
- Offer Value added services to applicant.
- Guides applicant about passport tracking process.

**Pass back or Decision/Passport collection**:

- Ensure passports are arranged and segregated for collection.
- Hand-out correct passport to correct person.
- Reconciliation of Balance passports
- Ensure all the relevant documents are produced and submitted at the time of passport collection.

**DO (Data Entry)**:

- Completes data entry as per mission requirement.

Segregates dockets separately as per mission requirement

**Operations**:

- Manage responsibilities of daily operations of the Consulate / Embassy
- Accountable for smooth and timely operation of VAC
- Responsible for ensuring teams focuses on customer satisfaction.
- Maintains relationship with staff and the Mission.
- Tally the fees and other charges accepted for the day.
- Sends the daily reports to the Consulate / Embassy and internal departments.
- To achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) for all processes and ensure compliance.
- Developing and maintaining relationship with all Embassy/Consulate officials
- Process enhancements to improve quality and efficiency of the unit.
- Maintain high level of staff productivity and efficiency (Qualitative and Quantitative) Lead and develop team members.
- Manage security (Physical and Information) at the Visa Application Centers and ensure effective controls are in place to pre-empt any physical/data security breach incidents.
- Enhance processes to improve quality and efficiency of the Unit and lead new process rollouts in the respective Visa Application Centers
- Ensure necessary product and process training is provided to all staff on a regular basis.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
