We’re now looking for a Website Developer to join our creative and technical team someone who can turn design concepts into functional, responsive, and optimized websites that deliver results. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Web Developer. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to the company’s specifications. Day-to-day tasks include front-end and back-end development, creating and designing web pages, programming, and ensuring the sites are visually appealing and user-friendly. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain responsive websites using WordPress, Webflow, or custom HTML/CSS/JS frameworks. - Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to convert UI/UX designs into interactive websites. - Implement SEO best practices, website speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness. - Integrate third-party tools like CRMs, forms, analytics, and tracking codes. - Troubleshoot and debug issues across various browsers and devices. - Manage hosting, domains, and website maintenance updates. - Ensure websites meet accessibility, performance, and security standards. - Work closely with the marketing team to support website-related campaigns and landing pages. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - Proven experience in website design and development (minimum 2–4 years). - Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL. - Proficiency with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, Elementor, Divi, etc.) or Webflow. - Knowledge of SEO-friendly development and Google Analytics/Tag Manager integration. - Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for design handoff. Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent attention to detail and creativity. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
