**Job Summary**:
The Insurance Executive for TATA MOTORS is responsible for managing client relationships, providing tailored automobile insurance solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role includes evaluating client needs, offering suitable products, handling claims, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**: Develop and maintain client relationships, conduct follow-ups for policy renewals, and educate clients on automobile insurance products.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Identify potential clients, generate leads, present and sell insurance policies, and achieve sales targets.
- **Policy Management**: Assist clients in selecting coverage, ensure accurate processing of policy documents, and handle renewals and updates.
- **Claims Handling**: Guide clients through the claims process, coordinate with the claims department, and resolve discrepancies.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports on sales and client feedback.
- **Customer Service**: Address client inquiries promptly, offer personalized insurance solutions, and advise on risk management.
- **Training and Development**: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes, and participate in training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in insurance sales, preferably in the automobile sector.
- **Skills**: Knowledge of automobile insurance products, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in insurance software and MS Office, and excellent organizational skills.

Pay: ₹8,113.53 - ₹16,000.00 per month
