**Job Description for CNC Machine Wire EDM Operator**

**Designation**: CNC Operator - WIRE EDM

**Job Location**: Preferably near Bommasandra, Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CNC Programming**: Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for Wire EDM machines.
- **Machine Operation**: Set up and operate Wire EDM machines efficiently to meet quality and production requirements.
- **Machine Setup**: Perform setup of machines, including loading materials, tool changing, and making sure the machine is correctly calibrated.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**: Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues during machine operations.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all parts are manufactured to the required specifications and quality standards.
- **Read and Interpret Technical Drawings**: Understand blueprints, technical drawings, and part specifications to create accurate CNC programs.
- **Collaborate with Production Team**: Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery of parts.
- **Documentation**: Maintain proper documentation for work orders, material usage, and production records.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 2 to 6 years of experience as a CNC Wire EDM Operator and Programmer.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in wire EDM programming, machine settings, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, machines, and quality checks.
- **Languages Known**:

- Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or English.

**Working Hours**:

- **General Shift**: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- **First Shift**: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- **Night Shift**: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- **Second Shift**: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

**Preferred Location**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
