**Profile Introduction**:
Join our dynamic team at as a Restaurant Hostess, where hospitality meets excellence. As a vital part of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Your friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service skills will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our patrons.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting and Seating**: Welcome guests with a warm smile, assist with seating arrangements, and manage reservations to ensure efficient table turnover.
- **Guest Assistance**: Provide information about the menu, specials, and answer inquiries to enhance the dining experience.
- **Reservation Management**: Maintain an organized reservation system, handle phone inquiries, and manage walk-in traffic effectively.
- **Coordination with Staff**: Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and flow of service.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Address guest concerns or special requests promptly to ensure a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keep the hostess area and waiting areas clean and organized.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- **Customer Service**: Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage reservations, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with other front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changes and handle unexpected situations with composure.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to the hotel's dress code policies.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
