Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential clients in the HORECA sector.Promote and sell our company products to hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, caterers, and institutional buyers.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (chefs, F&B managers, procurement heads, etc.).Conduct regular visits to existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet business goals.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing.Gather and report market feedback to the sales and product teams.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline using CRM tools.Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-centric approachKnowledge of the HORECA industrySelf-motivated and target-drivenAbility to manage multiple client accounts
