**Responsibilities**:

- Should have experience in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software
- Should direct large-scale complex projects at a strategic business level to ensure initiatives aligned with strategic goals
- Should define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting an integrated delivery plan
- Determine key business issues, monitor product roadmaps, develop effective action plans, and deliver superior business value
- Ability to plan and implement complex product development strategies and programs spanning business and technical product areas
- Develop a cross-product interdependency grid to ensure all impacted products are aligned to deliver the overall capabilities required
- Manage cross-functional teams and implement methodologies within the organization
- Preferred to build, lead, and coach multiple project teams throughout project life cycles
- Good team player, quick learner, capable of working in high-demand work environments, and ready to accept challenges
- Good verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work in large teams and interact with technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other relevant field with experience in a technology environment
