Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across industrial, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
- Identify sales opportunities through market research, site visits, and customer meetings.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company goals.
- Promote a range of steel products including TMT bars, structural steel, coils, sheets, etc.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, and support) to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, customer feedback, and pipeline status.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven field sales experience in the steel industry or a related sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with OEMs, fabricators, distributors, or construction contractors.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of local/regional steel market dynamics and pricing.
