**About Role**:
**Requirements**:

- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering with steel structure expertise.
- 4+ years of detailing and modelling experience in Civil Steel Structures.
- Proficiency in **TEKLA** and **Revit software** for **BIM, detailing and modelling**.
- Familiarity with codal requirements and steel connection practices.
- Experience working with US clients and outsourcing is preferred.
- Ability to interpret contract drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reading Contract Drawings & Spec Book; getting a brief idea about the scope of work.
- Knowledge of workflows & interfaces of structural steel workshop engineering & Fabrication.
- Familiar with codal requirements and detailing practices including steel connections.
- Preparing the Shop Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, General Arrangement Drawing.
- Understand technical requirements from clients regarding Building Information Modelling.
- Learn and understand US building codes.
- Establish additional competencies within the team in terms of technical skills as well as Tekla, Revit software usage.
