**Reporting To**: Lead Detailer / Project Manager / Engineering Head

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented **Tekla Modeler** with hands-on experience in **pre-engineered buildings (PEB)** to develop accurate 3D models in **Tekla Structures**. The role involves creating and modifying structural steel models, coordinating with the detailing team, and supporting fabrication and erection documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop **3D Tekla models** for structural and PEB projects, including main frames, secondary members, connections, bracings, and sheeting.
- Generate **shop drawings**, **GA drawings**, **assembly drawings**, **part drawings**, **bolt lists**, and **material take-offs (BOM)** from the model.
- Interpret and implement architectural, structural, and MEP coordination inputs in the Tekla model.
- Modify models as per client markups or design changes.
- Work closely with the detailing team to ensure accurate outputs and coordinated drawings.
- Ensure all modeling work aligns with **project specifications**, **fabrication standards**, and **quality requirements**.
- Maintain version control and documentation of model revisions.
- Identify and communicate clashes or constructability issues proactively.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
- **1-5 years of experience** in Tekla modeling for PEB or structural steel projects.
- Strong knowledge of **Tekla Structures** software.
- Good understanding of PEB components: rafters, columns, purlins, girts, mezzanine beams, cladding, etc.
- Familiarity with **fabrication and erection sequences**.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, standards, and client specifications.
- Team player with strong communication and time management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Exposure to **BIM coordination** and clash detection workflows.
- Knowledge of **AutoCAD**, **Navisworks**, or other modeling tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with **steel detailing codes** such as AISC, IS, BS.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
