**Client Relations Executive - Celestia Global (Yelahanka, Bengaluru)**

**Company Overview**:
Celestia Global is an international travel, visa, and migration company with operations in the UK and India. We help students, professionals, and families pursue opportunities abroad through our verticals — Nurse to Germany, German Language Academy, Schengen Visa Services, and Celestia Holidays (International Tours).

We’re setting up our India HQ in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, and are looking for a motivated professional to be the face of our office and support our growing India operations.

**Position**: Client Relations Executive

**Location**: Yelahanka, Bengaluru (On-site)
**Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 1-3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000/month + Incentives

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle walk-in and WhatsApp inquiries for visa, nursing, and language programs
- Explain services and convert leads into confirmed enrollments or visa pack sales
- Coordinate document collection and verification for visa and nursing applicants
- Maintain CRM or Excel records of daily leads and conversions
- Liaise with partner agencies and clients for updates and communication
- Manage office administration tasks (calls, appointments, client scheduling)
- Support marketing campaigns and follow up with generated leads

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi and Malayalam
- Confident in client interaction (in-person and over calls)
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
- Prior experience in education, travel, or visa consultancy is a plus
