**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property/site visits with prospective customers and explain project details.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and local market stakeholders.
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and achieving sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor pricing, and updates on new project launches.
- Handle customer queries during site visits and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and sales support.
- Provide regular reports on field activities and customer feedback to management.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any stream (Real Estate/Sales background preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate field sales/operations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Own vehicle with a valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
